When someone makes a big change—like switching careers—you often wonder why. Everyone has their story. For me, the reason is simple: I wanted to use my CompTIA A+ certification and love for technology to help people solve real problems. That’s why I started my tech support blog—a place to share PC, laptop, and smartphone tips while documenting my own IT career journey.
A Helping Hand
Imagine being in a frustrating tech situation—your computer won’t start, your phone freezes, or your Wi-Fi just won’t connect. You’re stressed, anxious, maybe even angry. Then someone steps in, calmly helps you fix it, and suddenly that weight lifts off your shoulders. You feel relieved and grateful.
That feeling is what motivates me.
Over time, I’ve noticed how many people get overwhelmed with technology, especially as it keeps changing so fast. Seeing that inspired me to be that helping hand—to guide people through their tech challenges with patience and understanding.
That motivation led me to earn my CompTIA A+ certification, which deepened my knowledge and gave me the confidence to start helping friends and family with their PCs, laptops, and smartphones. Their appreciation reminded me that I made the right choice in pursuing tech.
Bumps in the Road
I’ll be honest—earning a certification doesn’t automatically land you a job in IT. I thought it would, but reality had other plans. While I haven’t yet found that “official” tech job, my current work has helped me build valuable skills—problem-solving, communication, and working with people under pressure.
Still, my goal hasn’t changed. I want to work in tech. So instead of waiting for an opportunity to come to me, I’m creating one myself.
Taking the Leap
Starting something new—like jumping into the deep end of a pool—can be intimidating. But watching others do it successfully gives me courage. That’s where I am now: taking a leap of faith into the world of blogging and freelance tech support.
It’s scary, exciting, and challenging all at once. But just like troubleshooting a stubborn computer issue, I know I’ll learn and improve as I go. This blog is my way of combining what I love—technology and helping people—into something that can grow into my future career.
Starting the Journey
Every journey has its ups and downs, surprises, and lessons along the way. I’m excited to share what I’ve learned and continue learning—whether it’s fixing PCs, laptops, printers, Wi-Fi issues, or smartphones (especially Android and Samsung devices).
This blog isn’t just about solving tech problems—it’s about making technology easier for everyday people and building trust through real experiences.
So, come along for the ride.
Let’s start this journey together.
